Order Process

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation through your provided e-mail, which will contain your USPS tracking number. All of our orders are shipped USPS, and can be tracked at anytime by visiting the USPS website.

Please note, purchases over $300 must be shipped to the billing address. If you place an order in which the amount is over $300 and your billing & shipping address do not match, you will be contacted to resolve the issue before we ship your purchase.

At this time Groovy's Gift Cards and Reward Certificates cannot be redeemed at Groovys.com. Should you have any questions, please call us at (972)623-8077.

 

Holiday Order Deadline Dates

Make sure your packages arrive in time for the holidays by ordering on or before these deadlines (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Orders must be placed no later than 11:59PM on the dates listed below for guaranteed delivery by Christmas.

Shipping (USPS First Class or Priority Mail):  Sunday, December 17th, 2017

In-Store Pick Up:  Thursday, December 21st, 2017
